Hi, I'm Shonda!

Shonda Singleton-Taylor is a native Floridian who provides expertise in real estate and finance.  Shonda provides excellent customer service and services Clients throughout the State of Florida area.  Shonda specializes in residential, new construction, vacation and investment properties for clients around the world.  Shonda has an extensive background in Consulting, Finance, Accounting and Real Estate.  Shonda studied at Florida A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.  Shonda is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and has participated in the following Committees:  Global Council of Orlando and Young Professional Network.  Shonda is also a member of the following:  National of Association of REALTORS®, Florida Realtors®, and Women’s Council of REALTORS®.  In 2023, Shonda served as the Local Treasurer for the Women's Count of REALTORS® Orlando Regional Network and is currently serving as the Local Treasurer for 2024.
